I’ve been having some serious trouble with my energy levels recently; I just feel so tired all of the time. I’m sleeping through alarms, falling asleep while watching TV, falling asleep on the train, feeling desperately tired at work and struggling so much to even get out of bed in the morning.
Now, I feel like I’ve tried all of the usual tricks – eating more fresh food, trying to go to bed early… The list goes on. And yet nothing has really worked thus far. And here I am, on a Sunday morning at 9.30am, in bed and feeling seriously sleepy, despite having had a good seven hours of sleep.
So, ladies and gents, I thought why not check with you clever people and see if you have any suggestions on how I might be able to leap over this lethargic lump….? What do you guys do to keep motivated and energised throughout the day?
