CrimboEve1 CrimboEve2

I know that everyone has different traditions when it comes to Christmas Eve, whether it’s last-minute shopping, cooking, Christmas move watching or just enjoying time with the rest of your family.

This year, like the rest of my Christmas celebrations, will be a bit different for me; G and I are heading into New York to do a Christmas window crawl, ending up at the Rockefeller Christmas Tree, which neither of us have managed to see yet. But after we make our way back home, I’m going to take a quick hour to myself and just chill with a few of my favourite beauty product ahead of what will no doubt be something of an indulgent Christmas Day.

First up, a bath, complete with the Lush Golden Wonder Bath Bomb ($6.95)which is one of my favourites from the brand’s Christmas collection. It smells super.

Skincare-wise, I’m going all out, kicking off with the Clarisonic Mia 2 ($149.99) and the Philosophy Purity Cleanser ($10)to ensure that my face is brilliantly clean, then it’s on to face masks. The Nude Skincare Miracle Mask ($48) is ace when it comes to exfoliating the skin and leaving it feeling pretty darn bright and perky, while the Sanctuary Spa 5 Minute Thermal Detox Mask (£10.50) is an incredibly quick way to cleanse and refresh the skin and leaves it feeling so smooth and fresh. Delightful.

While all of that is going on, I’ll give my hair a quick dose of the L’Oreal Total Repair Damaging Erasing Balm ($6.99) which is one of the best hair treatments I have ever used – and leaves my tresses feeling silky smooth and soft.

Add to that my current favourite Bath and Body Works Fresh Balsam Candle ($22.50) and a mug of the Celestial Seasonings Sugar Cookie Sleigh Ride Tea ($4.99) and that’s pretty much my Christmas Eve sorted.
