Face masks are one of my favourite beauty rituals – they have the ability to sort out all manner of skin issues, from blemishes and redness to dryness and dehydration. Time permitting, I try and fit at least two of these babies into my routine every week and I can always notice a difference in my skin whenever I’m able to give the the time to do their thang properly.

At the moment I seem to have one favourite mask to master every problem that I tend to face (excuse the pun!) and thought I’d share my miracle mask line-up with you. So, without further ado…

The brightening booster: NUDE Miracle Mask – this exfoliating mask is bursting with AHAs and rice beads which polish the skin and leave it feeling silky smooth and glowing

The all-around solution: Origins Out of Trouble 10 Minute Mask – whenever I’m having an all-around bad time of it in the skin department, this is the mask that I turn to because it really does help to do a bit of everything. The clay-based formula helps to reduce blemish sizes and control oiliness without drying or irritating the skin

The blemish buster: Aesop Chamomile Concentrate Anti-Blemish Masque – used either all over the face or as an on-the-spot concentrated treatment, this deals with horrible spots like nothing else, calming and soothing any redness while reducing them in size and ensuring they don’t return

The plumping perfector: Indeed Labs Hydraluron Moisture Boosting Mask – these sheet masks may look like a Halloween costume but the results are far from terrifying. Just 15 minutes of sheet mask time and you are left with silky smooth skin that looks healthy, happy and plumped up to perfection

The skin soother: First Aid Beauty Ultra Repair Instant Oatmeal Mask – while this soothing formula is a bit too heavy for my skin to use on a regular basis, it’s the first thing that I turn to when my skin is in need of some serious TLC. The nourishing ingredients help to calm any redness and soothe any and all ailments, while helping to combat dryness *sighs*
What masks are you guys loving at the moment? Any others I should add to my stash?

  3. I love the Aesop mask as well (and Aesop packaging is so lovely). Must try the Origins one, it sounds like a bit of an all-rounder.
