Apologies for the delayed posting of these pictures; I wanted to make sure that I had all the best ones included before I wrote all about my LFW and BRITs fun last week.

Fashion Week wise, I did my first FROW, went backstage at sass & bide to meet the designers (whom I loved since I was about 14), saw Rita Ora perform a private gig at Calvin Klein – she’s incredible live by the way – wore heels all day and didn’t cry, not once, shook hands with Olivia Palermo (swoon), drank many a cocktail and met many incredible people.

Given that it is one of the first years that I’ve attempted to really ‘do’ Fashion Week as it were, I’d say I did a pretty good job and I have to admit, I’m already busy planning Fashion Week fun for September.

So, after around 12 whole hours of LFW recovery, it was on to the BRITs.

While a lot of people have criticized this year’s ceremony – it was boring, tame, too scripted etc – I gotta say I was pretty blown away by all the incredible talent that hit the stage throughout the evening, both performers and award winners. From a show-stopping opener from Muse to the most amazing performance from Taylor Swift (LOVE. HER.), the whole show was just epic and I’m so grateful to have been given the be a part of it.

From the ceremony itself it was onto the aftershow parties – EMI, Warner, Sony, Universal, Roc Nation – where I was treated to yet another round of amazing live music. Fun. performed a brilliant set in the ballroom at the Savoy, while over at the Soho House pop-up in Bank, Taylor Swift and James Corden hit the DJ decks.

Needless to say, I had the most brilliant evening and I’m sure it’s not an experience that I’m likely to forget any time soon!

After such a ridiculously busy week, I spent most of my weekend in a state of hibernation, just about finding the time to crawl out of bed to hit the lacrosse pitch (in the snow – it was freezing) and spend some time with friends (nail art party, post coming soon).

For now it’s back to a bit of normality for me and some more much-needed rest.

I hope you all have brilliant weeks.
